A Good Plan For Worry
dear diary, I have many ideas this week ,I have learned this from Jesus. When you are having difficult times ; keep a positive mood ,clear your mind so you can hear the ideas that will help you. A person might say , how can I do that when all I can do is worry,can't get this off my mind. When you begin to have faith ,you can follow Jesus' ways. Worry takes up alot of time and drains you emotionally, but does not make things better, it makes them worse. Another part of this practice is take a day at a time. This to will take some faith , but if you take a day at a time ,you begin to realize , that your spirit is renewed each day.You wake feeling ready to go at it again ,when the night before you went to bed feeling frustrated and just not sure what to do . I look forward to spending my daily quiet time with God and Jesus. I know I will learn something very important ,for example ,recently ,I was told to stop looking at how big (the perceived problem) everything is , and start thinking about how small a situation is . This really worked for me . And it is the truth . I didn't focus on the perceived problem anymore. I did realize how small it really is , and small problems I can handle ,I know just as part of my day this small problem will be taken care of. This sounds like , putting things in to perspective , but it is much bigger than that . This becomes your way of thinking ,and it is so freeing ,and again ,it takes faith .
