Teens in The Headlines.

the teens in the headlines.I am refering to the girls who made a pack to get pregnant at the same time.I think most people are, at least,aware of the headlines. I first heard about this story on >my space> and and shortly after,I saw a photo of the girls on my yahoo news.I haven't learned much about the details.I did open my times magazine to see a photo of the girls and their babies .I read that the girls plan is to raise the babies >by> themselves.A piece in the article talked about how this could be teens deciding to keep their babies rather than having an abortion. (I don't like that word.)I understood these were planned pregnancies.There was a statement about a new movie ,Juno,which is about a pregnant teen,and it's glamorizing of the idea of teen pregnancy I will admit I haven't seen the movie ,but I might ,to see for myself ,what, ( if any),the message in the story.Those that contributed to the article gave me the impression ,that this was something new in our society.I don't know,maybe they have not seen all the t.v. programs,and movies,that have addressed this subject for many years now .And like I said ,I haven't read the entire article,but to me the word adoption needed to be included,even expanded on.This being said,I did go and read the entire article.(And I intend to write about other subjects in the article. There was no mention of adoption,no mention of a girl's family raising the baby.for now this grandma will complete this post and say,"yes there is and have been ,changing attitudes on abortions."
